Since we have visited Austria so many times, we have included a page for general information on walking in Austria.
Typically we spend 5 to 8 hrs walking - distance and height vary according to terrain. Jackie's pace approximates to Alpine mountain pace, which Dennis unkindly refers to as a plod.
We have tried to include many links that you may find useful if you visit one of "our" resorts. We check the links on an ad hoc basis, so if you notice any that are broken please let us know. We acquired our first digital camera in 2002. Photos prior to this have been scanned from negatives.
