Cadeilhan Trachere and Aubet

It was a strange day waving off the guests we had got on so well with in the morning, and then meeting another set of guests in the evening. Inbetween time did a short walk from the hotel.

We walked up the road to Vignec, and then took the path to the village of Cadeilhan-Trachere, along the road through the village, and then left on the forest track, taking the higher path to Aubet - where there was a clearing in the forest with a picnic table.

According to the map there is a path which continues from here to Eget, however the only path we saw was one heading down the hill. This emerged (after some clambering) on the lower forestry path which we followed to Cadeilhan, and then retraced our way back to the hotel.

View of St Lary. How comes that bear gets to eat when he gets carried everywhere?
