Note: This work is based on Sievers' Work. He has conflated the Codex Fuldensis Gospel with the Codex Sangallensis 56 manuscript.
I have no direct access to Fuldensis, so am obliged to take Sievers at face value.  Where Sangallensis is directly referenced, a facsimile of the relevant page is given.  For this reason, the dubious title: Codex Fuldensis, Sangallensis will stand.

As I intend, in the fullness of time, to translate this work into English, as a companion to the work already embodied in this site, I have started to OCR this PDF, which is as yet only a scanned image file.
I will publish my work here in PDF format, and I have striven to reflect the original format of the scanned work, as exactly as possible, to aid the efforts of any who might wish to help me by proof reading this work against the scanned image file. Please help me by looking at:

Important Notice: The translation in this work was based on the false assumption that the on-line Vulgate, the Stuttgart edition of Biblia Vulgata Sacra was identical with the Biblia Vulgata Clementina.  The Douay Rheims team translated from the Latter, not the former.  In my ignorance of this truth, I have wrongly imputed that team of deliberate error.  I will in due course correct these imputations individually, but in the mean time, please accept this general retraction. It seems that I am left with no choice but to impute error in the Clementine Latin.  I do not do this lightly, nor do I impute that the error is deliberate.
