


Clean and bone a Trout and stuff with 3 tbsps mixed fresh chopped herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon, sorrel, fennel) mixed with ½oz/15g melted butter or margarine, 1 tsp chopped onion and seasoning to taste.
Wrap fish in oiled foil and bake for approx. 12/15 mins at 400F/200C/Gas 6.
Serve with 2oz plain boiled rice and spinach.
