Angus Fifes is run as a small cottage industry in the seaside town of Donaghadee, County Down, Northern Ireland.

 

We first started making fifes two years ago as a hobby (it still is). Musicians began to take notice of our fifes as there has been a resurgance of Fife and Drum Clubs in N Ireland and locally made fifes were practically non-existant. 

 

We have supplied Re-enactment Societies in England, Scotland and Wales and there have been interest from as far as United States of America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, and the French Reunion (which is in the Indian Ocean).  We have also had a lot of interest from traditional Irish musicians for our Low D flutes.
