'Password' or request a new one. Please follow the steps detailed below in the
EXACT order.
It will first be necessary to change browser to US English
(en-US), as follows:
In Internet Explorer 5.x: - Start browser - Click
'Tools' - Click 'Internet Options...' - Click 'Languages...' - Click
to highlight any entries under 'Language:' - Click 'Remove' - Click
'Add...' - Scroll to and click 'English (United States)(en-US)' - Click
'OK' - Click 'OK'
In Netscape Communicator 4.x: - Start browser - Click
'Edit' - Click 'Preferences...' - Click 'Languages' under 'Category',
'Navigator' - Click to highlight any entries under 'Language' - Click
'Remove' - Click 'Add...' - Scroll to and click 'English/United States
(en-US)' - Click 'OK' - Click 'OK'
Changing your browser's preferred language in this way will not
affect any of its functions; you will still be able to access all of your
favourite websites in the normal way.
