Wargaming is one of my favourite hobbies (some would call it an obsession). Over the years I have dabbled in many periods, scales and genres. As well as naval wargames I am currently concentrating on 6mm ACW (using Fire and Fury rules and figures from Adler Miniatures), 15mm modern (using the Peter Pig 'AK47 Republic' range and my own skirmish rules, based on Martin Goddard's "Search and Destroy" rules and expanded to cover more general backgrounds as well as the Vietnam war), and air wargames using my own 'Fox Two rules (although I must admit to a sudden fascination with Games Workshop's defunct "Man o'War"!)
"FireForce" and "Police Action"
FireForce - a set of modern skirmish rules based on Peter Pig's "Search and Destroy" Vietnam rules. Intended for use primarily in 'Nam and for African conflicts from the 1960s onwards. These have been developed considerably since their first posting.
Guerrilla Warfare Campaign Rules - an excellent set of campaign rules by Martin Porter, for use woth FireForce and other sets of skirmish rules (they might just work with "Police Action" too!)
Police Action - these are the rules I use for company and battalion level and riverine actions in Vietnam using 10mm figures, mostly Skytrex and Wild Geese.
Post 1945 Links - sites which may be useful to users of FireForce, Police Action and other post 1945 wargames.
Lightning War
This is a set of WW2 "Easy Play" rules from Kiwi gamer David Child Dennis, who kindly offered them for use on the site.

Air Wargames
Air Rules Online - I have a growing interest in air wargames, and am a founder member of the Air Wargames Society. This page contains links to air wargames rules on the internet.
Nigel Lancasrer has developed aseries of innovative air rules covering WW1, WW2 and moderns. Links to his rules are here:

Fox Two! (Original Edition)
Fox Two! (abbreviated to F2!) was a set of modern air to air combat rules which I wrote a few years ago, and which were published by the now defunct Felix Enterprises. Follow the link to my F2! page, wherein you will find a summary of the original edition of the rules, errata, details of additional rules and supplements, scenarios, new aircraft data etc.
UPDATE: The revised edition, entitled "Fox Two - Reheat" were published by A&A Game Engineering in Autumn 2004!!
Full Thrust
Full Thrust is one of my favourite commercial rule sets. Devilishly simple, yet immensely fun to play. Go to the following page to see some of my optional new rules and scenarios.
DBA
The perennial DBA must be one of the world's most popular (and controversial) wargames rules. My friends and I have used the rules since they were released and have developed some variants for other periods. Here are a few things we have developed:
Napoleonic Fast Play - a sort of DBA meets Fire and Fury
De Bellis Horibilis - DBA in the Great war and Russian Civil war
Imperius Maximus - Neil Laird's 19th century colonial variant
Other Resources
The DBA Resource Page - This page is an absolute "must" for anyone even remotely interested in DBA.

Southern African TOEs
Many years ago I was inspired by the excellent Scotia range of 1/300 South African vehicles and equipment. The various campaigns in and around Namibia make for great small scale campaigns which are perfect for small MSH games (with skirmishes fought out using FireForce). The following TOEs are based upon an excellent article by Greg Novak in Issue 2 of the CD journal "Command Post Quarterly", with additional info added by some readers from Southern Africa who were there (or nearabouts) at the time.
1. South Africa
2. SWAPO
3. Cuba
4. South West Africa Territorial Forces
5. FAPLA to follow
6. UNITA to follow.
