Excuse me, Amicusbod?  I see from your profile that you describe yourself as a "Trade Union Official".  Rep's and members are not accountable to you, rather the other way around.  What are you doing, apart from coming here (in work time) to wind people up, post mis-information, patronise and insult people?  In a different thread, I suggested to you that people might not be so tactful with you in future, ie. if you persisted in bad-mouthing others and talking rubbish.  At that point I assumed from your contributions that you were an enthusiatic but very new rep.  Try treating people with a little more respect and you might earn some yourself.

 

Oh yes - what am I doing? See the "Job Descriptions" thread and this for a start http://www.geocities.com/sltafc/  Then of course there's representing individual members in three separate cases and setting up a consultative ballot on proposed changes to protection arrangements - nothing to do with AFC, just the usual stuff we rep's continue to cope with.
