2001 NEC Elections - National Women's By-Election (Canvassing)

I have received a complaint that a Website registered in your name has included

material calling on members of MSF to vote for a particular candidate in the above

election.

I enclose a copy of the material involved that has been downloaded from the relevant

Website.

This matter will be drawn to the attention of the NEC at it's next meeting [to be held

on 13 July] in respect of a possible breach of Rule 30 [Canvassing]

I therefore will require you to provide a statement as to your involvement in this

matter for consideration by the NEC.
