Dear colleagues,

The communications team has been assigned the task of conveying the proposed merger with the T&G to our members in the regions before Januarys ballot. In order to do this it has been asked that we collect quotes from reps in each region explaining why the merger will be good for them personally/their sector/their region. We need a diverse selection form each region to properly represent our membership i.e.: young people/women/black and ethnic minority members/LGBT etc.

In order to do this I will need your help. If you have any reps who you think would be willing to do this please can you speak to them for me. Either pass on their contact details to me once you have checked they are happy to do this or get them to email me their quotes directly.

The deadline for this next week as we need them in time for the magazine. Sorry it is such short notice. Tuesday is actually my last day in the office before my  [personal info deleted] so if anything comes through after then please can you email them to my colleague Martin Scanlon.
