Mandy
Thank you for your long awaited response. If you wish to meet to discuss the situation can i please ask you to call my mobile 07798531021 and give me some dates when you are available.I hope this is convenient for you and that i will hear from you soon. The porters have now all had one to one interviews where they have been told how much they are losing. It is now a matter of urgency that we meet as soon as possible.Could i ask that you respond to this e-mail personally and quickly to my mobile, with some idea of dates that you are available.
Gordon

Gordon, sorry for the delay in responding to your phone call and I note your letter requesting a meeting.

You are concerned that there will be losses following the introduction of the new rota and I asked you to provide details of this for UNISON to consider.

In your letter you advise that this information isn't as yet available as the employer has yet to provide individual statements to staff. Given that this information is therefore unavailable can I suggest that it would be more practicable for us to meet when we know the facts more fully.

(My understanding is also that any member suffering a loss will be offered protection for a limited period per the Framework Agreement and that there could be scope for further discussion on this with Stirling university.)

I have asked the UNISON  branch to consider your request to meet however this week will prove difficult for the branch due to the registration of new students etc that is taking place.

thanks
