Beans on Toast

Ingredients

Method

Place the beans in a saucepan on a low heat. Place two slices of bread under the grill. Light the grill. Using a teatowel or oven gloves, remove the beans from the saucepan, and then open the can, emptying the beans into the saucepan. Remove the bread from the grill and put the flames out under a running tap. Place two more slices under the grill. Turn off the heat to the saucepan and use a wooden spoon to remove the beans from the base of the saucepan. Remove the toast from the grill and put the flames out under a running tap. Turn off all heat and order a take-out.
