Music Of Quality And Distinction - Served With A Smile

THE DUNDEE MUSIC SCENE!!

(and beyond...)

Although the number of bands in the city is not as large as in other cities in Scotland, the sheer range of music and consistency of performance, is almost certainly second to none. There has been a "golden age" for the Dundee Music Scene in the last three years, and this is still continuing, with bands and artists courting much interest from labels and what's left of the music industry, as well as management and promotors alike. Through indie, punk, metal, dance, funk, electronic, avant-garde, folk, blues and just damn good song-driven album acts, from new young bands to established older bands, the wealth of talent is inescapable, the enjoyment incomparable.........

THE DUNDEE SCENE GOES FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH!!! -
........AND THE WORLD IS WATCHING

More by accident than design, this has become the leading single non-profit making website that promotes the causes of the Dundee Music Scene across all genres and styles. For what it's all about, the sections below will tell you all that - but for now, I'd like to dedicate this to those very bands - without whom this wouldn't exist - and for every one of them, I owe a huge debt of gratitude for making some of the best music around and providing me with so much enjoyment - I only hope you feel the same way once you've heard and seen these bands and artists!
