The second offering from Edinburgh's answer to The Ramones and you'll be soooooooo glad to hear that nothing's changed. Without quite the sheen of thier more famous predecessors, they nevertheless manage to produce a stack of tracks that exude all the energy, humour and addictive qualities as you'd expect from a punk band of this description. Over 15 tracks performed with the speed and efficiency of a giant buzz-saw, the band unleashes a hard, fast, loud and quite raw sounding sea of punk-rock pleasure. With vocals right upfront so you can hear all th lyrics clearly, they back it all up ina hail of fuzzed guitars, thumping bass and walloping drums. The odd track gets the mix a tad weird so that the instruments sound like they were recorded two blocks away, but, by and large, they deliver a searing hot set of traks that will have you smiling from ear to ear and leaping about the place like a dervish. From tracks that last seconds to epics that last well over a minute, this is the place to be as snapshots go by in the blinkof an eye, but what makes it all so special is that, if you miss anything, you just get the desire to go back and experience it all over again. Solid, fiery, fun and fantastic - you can't argue with this.
