CSD was founded in 1998 by ex-headteacher Sue Beeson. Since then we have grown and developed our client base and portfolio significantly.

The directors have backgrounds in business and education management and we are able to draw on a pool of associates to widen our fields of expertise further.

We relocated in 2002 from Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, to Crossway Green in Worcestershire. We strive to maintain a good work-life balance and when we are not working in the office or visiting clients all over the country, we can often be found admiring the views or walking the dogs over the surrounding fields.
