We
recognise that moving staff towards a common goal, particularly
in times of change, can be a difficult task.
All
our staff development programmes, whatever their focus, are developed
with the client organisation's individual needs and desired outcomes
at the fore. We consult with the managers or co-ordinators at every
stage of the programme, providing valuable feedback and truly flexible
delivery.
We

We
understand that it is not always practical or cost effective for
external providers to deliver training in organisations on an ongoing
basis. We have precedents, in Britain and abroad where we have produced
high quality, bespoke, training materials to be delivered by in-house
trainers or facilitators.
In addition to training delivery, we are able to offer full conference
management.
TEAM
BUILDING
Many
organisations have recognised the benefits of developing cohesive
teams in order to deliver results. Our approach to team building
focuses on practical activities which illustrate the most important
element in any team - communication. We also include aspects of
our 'Developing Emotionally Literate Organisations' programme which
enables people to understand themselves and others better.
CHANGE
MANAGEMENT
People
resist change, often because they fear what it holds for them. People
who can recognise this in themselves and others and seek solutions
objectively, will be far more open to change and will be more effective
throughout the change process.
We
recognise that the capacity to cope with change in the work place
is greatly affected by people's levels of emotional literacy. Our
change management training and consultancy services include significant
elements of our 'Developing Emotionally Literate Organisations'
programme as well as client specific information.
PRESENTATION
SKILLS
It is important that anyone expected to deliver presentations, feels
confident in doing so. Their confidence will result in a greater
level of engagement from the audience and, as a result, the time
will be more productive for all involved. Our presentation skills
training looks at how to make the presentation effective in terms
of content and delivery as well as the practical elements of constructing
and using an engaging PowerPoint presentation.
WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND STRESS MANAGEMENT
Most organisations recognise that staff are more productive when
they are managing their stress effectively. Creating a good balance
between work and life outside work is a challenge which we all face
every day. This balance will be different for every-one. Through
our work-life balance and stress management training we aim to help
people identify a workable balance for them and introduce practical
stress relief methods.
