Instructions

• This applet has loaded with a default machine and a default tape, any machine can be selected from the list box.
• The ‘Operate machine’ button allows a user to cycle through and watch each computation the machine makes.
• The ‘Reset’ button causes the machine to reset with the default tape for that machine.
• The textfield allows the user to experiment with his own input (the machines currently only accept a’s, b’s and blanks). The 'Compute your own' button loads the textfield characters as a tape into the machine.
• The ‘Compute your own’ button also acts as a reset button , causing the machine to reset with the user defined tape.
