I will take your photographs using only high quality  Agfa, or Fuji colour negative film. For each shot, I will supply you with one 6" × 4" gloss finish colour print (unmounted), together with the original negative from which top quality 10" × 8"  enlargements can be made.
The minimum order is one roll of film (24 shots).

How many photos can I order?
The minimum acceptable order is one roll of film (24 shots). Other possible orders are for 36, 60 and thereafter in multiples of 12 shots. For projects involving fewer than 24 shots I recommend digital photography.

Photographic prints and negatives will be delivered by regular "snail mail" service (air-mail for overseas orders).

I do retain the copyright on all my work, but once you have paid for my services, the prints and negatives are yours to use for non-commercial purposes.
All I ask is that you acknowledge me, Derek Nelson, as the photographer.
I retain a duplicate copy of each print and I reserve the right to use this material at any time, on my website or in any future publication of my own.

Obtaining a quotation - E-mail me, Derek at wrotham@btinternet.com tell me your requirements and  I'll get back to you with options, costs and timescale. Once this is agreed then I can organise the photoshoot. I will let you know when payment is required.
I always give a firm quotation before I undertake an assignment.

Timescale -  To obtain the best photographic results I need bright, dry conditions.  As many of you know, the  British weather can be quite unpredictable and consequently can cause delays!
Commissions accepted in the spring and summer can often be completed in 1 - 2 weeks.
That doesn't mean it will always take longer in the winter months as we do, believe it or not, quite often experience ideal photographic conditions during these months!

Payment can be made by cheque/International Money Order/Bank Draft in British Pounds. Clients with British Bank accounts can pay directly into my bank account via Internet banking.
