All  images will be of high resolution (2048 × 1536 pixels) and sent to you in JPEG format.
Digital images can be viewed and printed on your own computer or by a commercial printing service.
The digital images can be printed up to  A4 or 10" × 8" prints.

Your digital images can be sent by snail mail on a floppy disc or CD-ROM, depending on the number of images concerned, or by e-mail.

I do retain the copyright on all my work, but once you have paid for my services, the digital images are yours to use for non-commercial purposes.
All I ask is that you acknowledge me, Derek Nelson, as the photographer.
I will retain a duplicate copy of each image file and I reserve the right to use this material at any time, on my website or in any future publication of my own.
Please contact me for advice if you wish to publish any of my photographs commercially.

Obtaining a quotation - E-mail me, Derek at wrotham@btinternet.com tell me your requirements and  I'll get back to you with options, costs and timescale. Once this is agreed then I can organise the photoshoot. I will let you know when payment is required.
I always give a firm quotation before I undertake an assignment.

Timescale -  To obtain the best photographic results I need bright, dry conditions.  As many of you know, the  British weather can be quite unpredictable and consequently can cause delays!
Commissions accepted in the spring and summer can often be completed in 1 - 2 weeks.
That doesn't mean it will always take longer in the winter months as we do, believe it or not, quite often experience ideal photographic conditions during these months!

Payment can be made by cheque/International Money Order/Bank Draft in British Pounds. Clients with British Bank accounts can pay directly into my bank account via Internet banking.
