Derwent Launch 24 hour Camera / illumination Package

Derwent has launched a high quality vandal resistant combined camera and LED package. Each unit features an IR sensitive camera with built in illumination from 96 LED’s, which provide a viewing range of up to 15m in total darkness (zero lux).

‘Derwent developed the EX35 and EX37 range by combining knowledge in infrared and night-time systems with their expertise camera testing and development’ says T Duffy Derwent Marketing Director.

The unit is available in both corner mount EX35 and a wall mount EX37, originally designed for prison and vandal resistant applications. The unit has a high, med and low switch which allows IR illumination to be adjusted depending upon the scene.

Jointly developed by Derwent Systems Limited in the UK and Derwent Extreme CCTV, North America, this product is specified across the world.

Each camera is set with an adjustable mount. Both the EX35 and EX37 is available with numerous lens option from 2.5mm to 8mm.

Specifically designed for 24hr internal coverage in a variety of operating and illumination conditions. This self-contained ‘plug and play’ low voltage unit is the complete solution for 24hr coverage. Applications to date include Government establishments, prisons, and schools, the unit is quickly becoming a specification product for various schemes.
