Contact us! 1.1 - "How to choose a product" Click on Software to enter the "Software Shop" where you can see all the CD-i titles we have for sale with a little description about each game and a picture preview. All CD-i titles are brand new, shrink wrapped even including those little stickers that came with the original releases all in mint condition. You can bring up the note pad by clicking on Notepad in the upper right corner as a memo to remember what you want to order. This step is optional and not necessary to complete the ordering process. Their is also a Hardware shop where you can find anything from a Digital Video Cartridge to a Port Splitter. 1.2. - "How to place an order" Check out the Order page to see what information we require when you e-Mail us here at "The Blackmoon Project CD-i Store". As long as you give us your name, address and order information we can process your request very quickly. 1.2. - "Language and Currency Information" All our CD-i titles are the American versions that come in a normal CD jewel case with an outer cardboard sleeve. So it follows that the language is exclusively English. The price of all items is in Great British Pounds Sterling, just check out xe.com currency converter to get an estimate of the price in your local currency. The final price will be confirmed once your order is processed and we do also accept United States Dollars and Euros (no coins) at your own risk. 1.2. - "Accepted Payment Methods" We are based in the United Kingdom so if your resident in the UK we can accept personal cheques, postal orders and also cash (no coins) at your own risk. For international orders outside of the United Kingdom we accept payment through PayPal or through cash in Great British Pounds Sterling, United States Dollars and Euros (no coins) at your own risk. 2.1. - "Postage" This is entirely dependent on the size and location for your order. All packages are safely packed to ensure the items are delivered in good condition. 2.1. - "When will my order arrive?" Typical delivery times in the United Kingdom once payment has been cleared would be 2-3 days, Europe 5-7 days and any orders from the United States probably 7-14 days as a rough estimate. 3.1. - "Returns Policy" To provide these CD-i titles at a reasonable price we cannot offer a returns service. All our software is in mint condition and still factory sealed, any damage that could possibly occur would be the responsibility of the postal services. This small risk is minimised by bubble wrapping all parcels with the additional assurance that the software is brand new. 3.1. - "Privacy Statement" Under no conditions will your personal information be given out to a 3rd party. |
