OLLIE JONES WALKS OUT ON BAND
Sad news for followers of Waste Disposal Unit. Ollie Jones has surprisingly left the band after 2 years of world class performing. Ollie, 18, has decided to take up a carpentry apprenticeship, and has therefore taken the executive decision to leave his beloved band.

Jones believes that he won't have the time to perform, and maintain such a high level of bass guitar playing between the two activities. Jones, who will be earn "SHOCKING" money for his apprenticeship will be working 9 hour days, leaving him little rest time day in day out.  We wish him the best of luck. Jones will however be playing at the Bridgewater Rock Gardens gig on 26th April. Band members Toby, Jed and Jamie Puddy will now be on a scouting mission for a new bass guitar player. If you are interested, ring Jamie Puddy on 07833596945, or contact him at greencat45@hotmail.com.

DRUMMER NEEDED
Waste Disposal Unit are currently looking for a permanent drummer to fulfill the position vacated by Tim Wilfort during the summer of 2002. Things seem to be going pretty well and they are hoping to be back gigging again by the summer of 2003.
