We keep a few fish in an aquarium in the kitchen. Very therapeutic. Mixture of black mollies, swordtails, red and blue plattys and a cat fish. The mollies, swordtails and the red plattys keep on producing new ones after a session in the reeds. They all need as much attention as Howard does. Getting them up in the morning, feeding them, giving them their daily exercise and then getting them back to bed in the evenings. Clearing up their tank every couple of weeks is a messy job as water tends to get everywhere. Kitchen ends up resembling a muddy puddle.

 Keeping fit is important. We try and work out a couple of times a week. Howard used to manage a session or 2 at lunchtimes whilst at work but having changed jobs he doesn't have that facility any more so we try and do it in the evenings, go to the gym that is, but don't always have the time. At the weekends we head off to Chris Lanes Health and Tennis Club for a good workout. They have quite good facilities down there. Large gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and of course a bar where we can get reasonable evening meals.
