Rainbows has developed a reputation as one of the most popular bars in Coventry and yes we have won awards to prove it (Midlands Zone Readers Award) for Best Regional Bar in 2002 and being four times runner up in proceeding years, every week people just keep on coming back for more..

Rainbows has 2 bar, a beer garden, chill-out area, pool table and a large dance area which is in the upstairs bar, there is also a cash vending machine in the main bar, so there really is nowhere else to go.   So whether your looking for a nice social midweek drink in the pub, a quiet summer lounge in our beer garden or a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night partying upstairs in our disco, Rainbows just has to be on the itinerary.

Rainbows first opened as a gay venue back in May 1997.

Rainbows has stood the test of time of becoming one of the TOP GAY DESTINATIONS in the midlands. The venue has changed hands too from being one of Bass Tavern's flagship Venues to now being privately owned by Terry and Martin who have managed Rainbows since its conception in 1997.
