Sooz had been bedeviled by a toothache and finally went to a charming dentiste in Calvi. He found the problem and performed a root canal.	Thus fortified by prescription drugs, we went to the Fango valley where we found another river with many more climbing and swimming opportunities.
Yes that is Grant, leaping off a 23 foot cliff into the raging river below. Two videos of his daredevilry are available by clicking here or here.	Slightly less death-defying was our trip to Algajola. We tolk the Corsican "little train" along the coast.
The week we were there was also the week of the Calvi Jazz Festival, and Grant, being a jazz fan, wanted to attend.	Here's a nice photo of the Citadel at night with the boats in the foreground.
