| The real highlight of our trip is when we went "dune-bashing" in a Land Cruiser. We drove about 45 minutes north to a huge sand field that was just like you think a desert would be like. | The cars went up and down (and sideways) at crazy angles; you can see the tire tracks in the dune behind Grant. |

| To the north, as far as you could see, was nothing but sand. Sooz looked hard for Omar Sharif, to no avail. | Of course, when you're in the desert, you have to ride on a camel! The most exciting part of the ride is when they stand up and sit down. |

| After riding, we went to camp for dinner. Grant got to hold a falcon. I asked what the bird's name was and was told that he didn't have a name--silly me! | After a fine meal, one naturally needs a few draws from the water pipe. Somehow, though, this made Don feel a little nervous. |

| Sooz went to the Dubai Equestrian Center and got to ride her own Arabian Stallion (actually her name was Jessica) through the desert. | On our last day, we played a little tennis. Grant displayed good form, bonking me on the head just after snapping this picture. |

| This is what Anna Kournikova can hope to look like in 25 years! | We ended our trip checking in at 11PM for a 2AM flight back to London. Thankfully we weren't going to Karachi with all those other people in our line! |
