Summer in Sardinia We found yet another Mediterranean island to visit this summer. This year, we went to Sardinia and spent 10 days on its southern coast. And once again, we had a great time. Floating in the waves was a favorite activity.	Annette Funicello has nothing on my Sooz!	We bought our own umbrella and stopped at whatever sandy spot struck our fancy.
We took nearly every meal outdoors, and you can see why!	We spent one night in a local farm. We met many of the animals, and then ate some of them for dinner.	The obligatory photo of Don with his beer. Mmmm, beer. I like beer.
Sooz put a lot of effort into her tan. She's working up a sweat here!	The tradition of reading books on the beach! Lemony Snicket was popular with us all.	We carried our towels in Sardinian style.
The sky was clear the whole time, and the sunsets were beautiful.	Not to be outdone, the moon also made its own appearance!	There was beauty everywhere you looked!
When we stayed at Le Meridien in Chia, Grant sampled many of the sporting facilities there.	The paddleboat wan't enough, we needed speed!	Grant improved his 'keeping skills. Maybe there's a job open for him??
He has a good serve, and he's growing the Björn Borg hair, too.	Tiger Woods needn't worry, but he sure was better than his dad!	The results of Sooz's tanning labor. Note: this photo was not colorized.
Grant and I climbed the sand dunes- boy was that sand hot!!! Ouch!	The beach at Le Dune was spectacular- just beautiful.	Master Grant- King of the World!!!
