Industrial Programme of Action of Communication Workers
Our National Office Bearers will host a press conference on :-

In this Conference the leadership of our Union will present a clear programme of Industrial action aimed at the communication industry in South Africa.
We are confident that the series of industrial actions that our collective bargaining conference, and the National Executive Committee (NEC) will endorse , will target not only the various communication sectors like SAPO, TELKOM and SABC. Government, through its Department of Communication , will also be a focus of our mass actions.
The collective bargaining conference and the NEC will emerge with clear union positions and programme of action on matters such as Retrenchments, Social Wage , and Sectoral Bargaining Council. We will also announce our alternative to job losses crises that holds the industry in tough grips.
We are certain that the industrial actions that we will come with after these conferences will further enhance COSATU’s Job Crises Campaign.
