Polisario official denounces Moroccan administrative division of Western Sahara

Mr Omar Mansour, member of the national secretariat of the Polisario Front and its representative in Madrid, said that Morocco's decision to divide the territory of Western Sahara, which it occupies, administratively was a violation of the [UN] Security Council's resolutions which call on the two sides of the conflict, Morocco and the Polisario Front, to refrain from carrying out any action which might obstruct the cease-fire agreement and destabilize the calm atmosphere necessary for maintaining the peace plan
