THE GOLDEN KEY
Set in the fairyland of "Happyville" and home to a rare and peculiar sweet which if once eaten will result in memory being lost for ever - or will it ?
The Queen of this land has been tricked into eating these delicious sweets, (one is never enough).
The hero/heroine of the story embarks on a quest to help the queen and save the land for ever. Only he/she and the audience can discover the "golden key of memory" by proving that they have courage- honesty - and intelligence.
Will they succeed or will they be tempted by one of the delicious sweets.
Join with the characters in this colourful and exciting quest to find THE GOLDEN KEY.
THE HAPPY TREE
This lovely tale deals with such issues as bullying and the need to care for and to protect the environment in which we live.
Edwood "The Happy Tree" lives in a magical forest deep at the centre of the world. Something has gone wrong - Edward is sad - humans and animals alike have become greedy and cruel.
The audience are encouraged to help Billy return Edwood's smile and together learn informative facts about the ozone layer, pollution and other environmental issues.
They banish the bully forever and return the forest to its former glory.
It only takes one person to make a start to care for all that is around them.
THE PEARL OF
WISDOM
This is a thought provoking production visiting many aspects of the curriculum but promoting the benefits of learning and the values of respect for others.
The play takes places on a magical island, Castaway Island" home to a rare and valuable treasure -"The Pearl of Wisdom"
Fearsome Ferdinand is on his way to steal the pearl.
The audience, Pierre the Jester, Mischievous Marvin, Dora the Explorer and many other other colourful characters discover that "The Pearl of Wisdom" is a treasure of a different kind.
THE ENCHANTED BOOK TOWER
An aspiring tale designed to stimulate the joy for reading.Other issues are raised including decision making and the value of diversity.
There is a short section in the play in which the audience discover some missing people from a damaged history book - Shakespeare Charlens Dickens and Neil Armstrong - for the performances to younger children fairy tale characters such as The Mad hatter, Bo Peep and others are searched for.
The story takes place outside "The Enchanted Book Tower" home of the Word Wizard ... but who is the true word wizard ?
