A Frosty Morning
It was a frosty morning and the grass was like a floor of crystals and the trees - a bunch of white roses. I was on my way to school and the coldness in my fingers was yingly and my lips felt like ice-pops. As I walked along, the floor of crystals crunched under my feet. My breath came out in puffs of smoke. by Shaun B.
The Eyes of My Heart
I looked into my mum's eyes and saw a sparkle as she gave me a wink - I knew she loved me. One day I looked again for the sparkle but it was not there. She was deeply saddened over the loss of a close friend. I tried to give my mum back the sparkle from my heart. She came over a hugged me and looked into my eyes. by Richard
My Eyes
My eyes are the window of my heart.
They show my sadness when we are apart.
They show my gladness when you are near.
They show my terror and my fear.
The windows of my heart - my eyes.
They let you see when I am telling lies.
The truth shines true for all to see.
The truth of the love between you and me.

............ and from Stacy's mum
So small and fragile my baby girl,
A little bundle of love and joy.
Always happy full of fun,
An angel sent from heaven above.
I knew when I held you for the first time,
You would become everything to me.
And even when you are older,
You will always be my baby.
A Baby Spider
A baby spider arose from its sleep.
He had a pose and then he peeped.
He said byone times and times gone by.
Someday my web will reach the sky.

On the Street
I was working 5 - 9.
The money was just fine.
My husband tried,
He did his best.
But then he turned out like the rest.
He beat me up,
He threw me out,
I tried to scream but nothing came out.
I am out on the street with nothing for my feet.
My life is in tatters now nothing else matters.
Except for God I would like to see to be put out of all this misery.
by Susan.
My eyes are the
windows of my heart.
Through the window,
I see my heart,
It was big,
It was red.
It has arteries going places.
