Southern Palms Hotel was superb - our room is on the first floor in the block behind Anne in this photo. |
|
The Hotel's pools were the most
wonderful we have ever seen and were an absolute pleasure to use. |

The Dining
Locations were excellent as you can see, although the food itself was average without being to the remaining overall standards of this excellent 4* hotel and its staff. |
| There were
some lovely other residents at Southern Palms! |

Two of whom
- Alex & Fiona - were on their Honeymoon. It was a pleasure to share
their company.
|
| We made our
third visit to The Mwaluganje Elephant Sanctuary. It was an absolute pleasure to once again have Patrick Thoya as our excellent Driver, Guide and Host. |
|
|
|
This is the
view from within our tent at The Lodge at Mwaluganje - as you can see it is extremely comfortable with a superb outlook which can be seen in the next photo. |
| Our
handsome neighbours take their early morning dip. |

|
This fellow
was extremely protective of his family of thirteen who passed in front of us before we could get our cameras focussed! |
| At The
Mwaluganje Lodge, Anne was made a leader for the day of the visiting Masai traders who entertained us in the evening. |

With
