STEPHEN BROWN of Pulham St. Mary the Virgin.

Notes: He gives and devised to SARAH LAND, my housekeeper, all that
my messuage or tenement in Pulham wherein William WRIGHT, & Robert SPALLANT now live with outhouses, yard, gardens, orchards, land and appurtances thereto belonging. Also messuage and tenement in Pulham wherin Frances SPALDING, and Thomas MILES now live, and is given held all singular to the said Sarah LAND, and her heirs and assigns for ever.

Item. To put out to interest 350 Pounds Stirling do my sister Elizabeth BROWN, and after her death this 350 Pounds put out to interest to the benefit of her two sons, William & Stephen BROWN, in equal division.

Item. Give & bequeath the rest residue and remainders of my goods, chattels, stock, cattle, corn, moneys and personal estate of any nature and kind etc. to the said Sarah LAND, my housekeeper for her own personal use and benefit.

Lastly, he nominates Sarah LAND, housekeeper as executrix and John SIMONDS of Pulham St. Mary, blacksmtih to be executor. The will is date Aug 9^th, 1798.
