Where are we?
The Octagon is a group of
five parishes, containing eight churches, at the western end of the Chichester
Diocese. Most of the churches were there seven hundred years ago and are gems
of early church architecture. You can see details of the individual churches by
following the links on the left. Each parish has its own church wardens, listed
with the details of each church.

Evensong is held at Up
Marden during the summer months, and services are held at Stansted at Christmas
and on other special occasions.
The service on the First
Sunday alternates between Compton and Stoughton.
When there is a fifth
Sunday, there is a single united Octagon service which moves around all the
churches.
