OCRC Fixture List 2000

Below is the fixture list for the current season. Given enough interest, we can arrange other Club shoots, we have often been able to arrange something in August for example, and we may be invited to take part in other events organised by the Surrey Rifle Association. From the beginning of 1999 onwards and in order to harmonize with the Army at Pirbright, the NRA has set normal summer shooting times as 08.30 am to 12.30 pm and 13.30 pm to 17.30 pm. These can exceptionally be adjusted by the NRA but we must abide by whatever rules are in force. It is essential, therefore, that timekeeping is impeccably observed by all concerned. We meet, at the times indicated, at the Surrey RA Clubhouse, except for the smallbore event at the School.

The Subscription for the current year is £30.00. We reduce this to £25.00 if you pay by standing order (details from the Hon. Secretary or the Hon. Treasurer). This is aimed at covering the fixed costs such as insurance, affiliation fees, Home Office approval, locker rent etc. and we also charge an appearance fee, to meet the cost of ammunition and target hire.
