BOTTLE WASH

Photograph shows an Automatic Bottle Wash Unit, designed and manufactured by East Kilbride Plastics for the purpose of cleaning acid contaminated bottles as used by the Semiconductor industry.

The body of the unit is manufactured from Polypropylene sheet as a fully welded, sealed unit with internal pipework manufactured from PVCu.   The PVCu manifold is fitted with our custom designed and manufactured spray nozzles which are designed to form an all round spray inside the contaminated bottle.

Operation is fully automatic with adjustable timed cycles to suit application.  Cleaning Media is either Townswater or DI water and is complete with a CDA drying system.

This unit can wash out up to twelve plastic or glass bottles in one cycle.
