CHEMICAL DISPENSE UNIT

Photograph shows a Chemical Dispense Unit in mid construction.

The Dispense Unit is designed for use within Semiconductor industry for the dispensing of highly corrosive chemicals in a controlled manner from main storage drum to the Production Tools in the Clean Room.

The unit in the photograph was designed to heat the chemicals at source prior to dispensing via a Purebond welded PFA manifold fitted with several in-line filters to ensure the chemicals retain their high purity.

The unit is fully enclosed within an encapsulated steel frame with all PVCu wall panels removable for complete maintenance access.

All PFA work was completed by our certificated welders.   All PFA pipeline and fittings were fabricated as sub-assemblies in our 100K Clean Room, prior to installation to main assembly.
