CHEMICAL SAMPLING STATIONS

Photograph shows a Chemical Sampling Station used by one of our long-term customers EKC Technology.

The design for the sampling station was conceived by EKC Technology's Facilities Manager, Darren England and during discussions and several drawing drafts by E.K.Plastics, a final design was finalised and accepted.

The station is mounted on epoxy-coated mild steel frame and is manufactured from Arctic White Polypropylene with transparent PVCu doors for each individual sample unit.  Each unit was designed to hold one sample bottle with a timing module set to dispense the correct amount of product into bottle..

The sample is taken from the main pipe supplies via PFA tube which is contained within the construction of the Station.   Control of the chemical is automatic once the manual valves have been opened, thus making it completely safe to use with no danger of chemical splash, in effect the process system is totally secondary contained.
