CLEAN ROOM FACILITY

Photograph shows our own custom built and designed clean room, which is used for all PFA 'Purebond' and all PVDF 'IR.' & Socket Fusion welding as well as other types of plastic welding that require High Purity.

The clean room was designed by EKIP management team to allow freedom of movement for long pipe spools and for ease of maintenance.

The air within the clean room is filtered by the use of 3 separate banks of HEPA filters which can operate independently.   This allows us to keep the quality of the clean room at Class 10,000 with the facility to step up to Class 100 with relative ease.
