EXTRACT DUCT SYSTEMS

Above shows a section of extract ductwork designed and manufactured in-house by EKIP.  The ductwork was manufactured from PVCu reinforced with "E" type glass impregnated with polyester resin.

Other plastic materials can be used in construction, dependant upon media being extracted, temperature and volume.

EKIP also manufacture clean room extract systems using white PVCu either extruded pipe or rolled and welded fabricated to suit.

Ductwork can be manufactured to DW151 or SMACNA specification.

We have the facility to manufacture rectangular ductwork on our Bielomatik folding/welding machine which ensures that all longitudinal joints are above the centre line of duct, as required by both DW151 and SMACNA.

Ductwork is supplied with all relevant fittings either fabricated or moulded and complete with pivot points, etc., etc.

Sprinkler Pots can be fitted to allow ease of fitting of fire suppression system, also provision of points for drain system can be allowed for.
