FLAT AND DRUM

Photograph shows polypropylene Filter Screen unit, manufactured throughout from polypropylene sheet and box section, all wetted surfaces are anti-corrosive.

Units are manufactured as a bolt together modular design to allow various sizes of screen filters to be assembled.  Hole size and pitch of holes can be made to suit client requirements.

The above units, which will operate up to temperatures of 80 degrees C., are to replace existing stainless steel units which tend to "clog" up much quicker.  If higher working temperatures are required, we can offer a range of plastics to suit your requirements.

Screens can also be manufactured to replace metal perforated panels.
