SAFETY LOCK FOR PFA VALVE

Photograph shows Safety Lock for PFA Diaphragm valves as used in a bulk chemical dispense unit installed in a micro-electronics plant.

The safety locks were designed to suit client's requirements and to comply with their safety policy on Corrosive Chemicals.

The body of the safety lock was machined from red PVCu solid rod pigmented red to give a high profile.

The top plate was machined from clear PVCu to allow viewing of valve and the lockable cross piece retaining bolt machined from aluminium rod.
