SCRUBBERS
GAS AND FUME EXTRACT

Photograph shows a selected view of Acid Fume Scrubber which we manufactured for one of our Blue Chip customers:- Motorola.

The scrubber is manufactured from GRP reinforced polypropylene and is a fully fabricated construction with extrusion and butt welded seams.  Polypropylene was used for the scrubber for its excellent chemical resistance.  The scrubber is fitted with transparent PVCu viewing panels and lighting ports which allow visual monitoring of the scrubbing process.  This scrubber was fitted with an automatic monitor in a dosing system to maintain the correct pH values off "Scrubbing Liquid" to neutralise the product passing through the scrubber.

All connecting extract duct work was manufactured from GRP reinforced PVCu.

We also manufacture smaller Gas Scrubbers that can be used within the plant rooms.
