MILD STEEL & STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATIONS

We have the facility in-house to fabricate mild steel and stainless steel frames for our products i.e. wetdecks, scrubber frames, trolleys for clean areas and special supports/brackets etc.

Above photograph shows a mild steel fabricated frame for a laminar flow hood to be used in the cleaning of quartz ware, in the process of being assembled and frame encapsulated in white polypropylene.

Mild steel frames can have a painted or epoxy coated finish dependant upon client specification.

We use MIG, TIG and MMA processes to fabricate our steelwork.

Fabrication up to two tonne can be undertaken on our premises.
