ALTC would like you to be a member of British Tennis. This is free and provides you with information from the LTA. It also allows you to apply for Wimbledon Tickets and compete in LTA tournaments. ALTC will sign you up unless you tick this box to say no.

Please send this application form to the Secretary, Mr John Snowden, but do not enclose your cheque until the committee has considered your application. Committee Meetings are held every month. Whilst your application is under consideration, you are most welcome to make full use of the club's facilities and join in with the other players on club nights. The Club Secretary will let you know the outcome of your application as soon as possible.
