The Parish Church of St. Mary's Slaugham

The Christian Counter

The Parish is situated on the west side of the A23, London to Brighton road in West Sussex.
The nearest local towns are Haywards Heath,
Crawley and Horsham.
There are approximately 3,000 residents spread throughout the four parish villages.
The villages are from north to south,

Pease Pottage, Handcross, Slaugham and Warninglid.

There are three Anglican Churches in the parish,
All Saints in Handcross (a red brick church),
the Parish Church of St. Mary's
(an 11th century stone church) in Slaugham
and St. Andrews (a red brick church) in Warninglid.

Our Rector Rev. Gary Simmons has now been in the Parish for five years and trying to meet as many parishoners as possible.
His wife Avril and sons James and Samuel
are now "at home"
in the Rectory and continue to make new friends. We are very blessed to have such a fine family in our Church Fellowship.
There is mission planned for 2005
We have a church electoral roll of 150 worshippers
