St Chad’s has a wonderfully light airy and spacious building which lends itself to worship and to involvement of children and others in the leadership of services. We have an extensive suite of large and small rooms attached ideal for youth work and other meetings. In the next few years we want to become the best place in Patchway for children to be and to develop an effective work amongst teenagers without neglecting our older members who have formed the praying heart of St Chad’s for a long time. Many members have been and are involved in a variety of activities in the Patchway community and, as new members join, we want to develop our ministry of Christian service to all who live in Patchway and Stoke Lodge. We have a commitment too for the world church, regularly invite representatives of missions overseas as speakers and give 10% of our income to missions and charities outside St Chad’s. |
