CLUBHOUSE BOOKINGS

Clubhouse bookings for meetings, social functions or Members’ private parties may be made only through David Stanley  -  01883 346940.

Please note that a Playing Section always has priority over booking requests for the evenings of home fixtures and that respect for the amenity of our neighbours requires the Clubhouse to close at Midnight.  It should also be remembered that the playing fields are the property of Caterham School.  If it is the intention, therefore, to use the fields for social or fund-raising events, clearance must be obtained from the Bursar, Sandy Ross  -  01883 343028, through the Head Groundsman, John Dodwell  -  01883 349637.
