Vidi

The USB Wearable Display

If you're looking for the latest published files regarding Vidi, the USB wearable computer display, they're here (links corrected): The PDF schematic contains a number of mistakes, and doesn't match up to the published version of the VHDL code.

Since creating these files, I've corrected the schematic, and updated the VHDL code to allow for double buffering, and 3-bit colour.

I've decided to suspend this project, and replace it with Wearwulf, a complete wearable computer, including a display, for under £100.

(The Wearwulf could be adapted as a USB slave device. This would be superior to Vidi because it allows the video data to be compressed and other useful features to be added in software.)
