Unlike many other advisors you may have
heard, we believe that:-
God allows divorce to Christians and
non-Christians in certain circumstances.
The Bible gives a number of clear
grounds where a Christian can freely divorce their spouse.
God allows those properly divorced to
remarry.

carry on in God's eyes until death.
Those who God has allowed to divorce
he does not limit, in ministry or otherwise.

understand. Without these insights, in our culture, we
can easily become confused about what the Bible is saying.
The Bible is our sole guide on God's
view of marriage, divorce and remarriage, and so we need
to consider all the relevant scriptures, not just one or two verses out of context.

of God - divorce is a consequence of sin. For this reason we also recommend

biblical concept of "One Flesh" - showing that sex is not marriage
and does not make it permanent, but that denial of sex

their marriage partner leaves them.
What God has not
joined together - showing
that God's command that Christians should not marry non-Christians
is in itself grounds for divorce in such marriages.
